Application Process For Wood Cotings

Wembley's Sanding Sealer With T.T.Clear/N.C Laquer

Sand the surface with emery paper 80 or 100 number
Apply the desired shade of wembley’s wood stainer available in 15 different shades
The application of wood stainer will give you the shade of your choice and will not hide the natural texture or grains of the wood
Apply a coat of wembley’s sanding sealer thinned with wembley’s nc thinner in 50:50 ratio
Allow it dry for 3-4 hours than sand the surface with emery paper 200 or 220 and again apply the coat of wembley’s sanding sealer in the same manner
Repeat the process for 3-4 times till uniform and non-porous surface is obtained
Now the surface is ready for the final coat of t.t.clear/n.c.laquer
Apply 1 or 2 coats t.t.clear/n.c.laquer



Wembley's Melamine Coatings

Sand the surface with emery paper 80 or 100 number
Apply the desired shade of wembley’s wood stainer available in 15 different shades
The application of wood stainer will give you the shade of your choice and will not hide the natural texture or grains of the wood
Apply a coat of wembley’s melamine sealer or sanding sealer thinned with wembley’s melamine thinner in 50:50 ratio
Allow it to dry for 3-4 hours and than sand the surface with emery paper 200 or 220 and again apply the coat of wembley’s melamine sealer/sanding sealer in the same manner
Repeat the process for 3-4 times till uniform and non-porous surface is obtained
Now the surface is ready for the final coat of melamine top coat available in matt/gloss finish
Apply 1 or 2 coats melamine matt or glossy



Wembley's P.U. Coatings

Sand the surface with emery paper 80 or 100 number
Apply the desired shade of wembley’s wood stainer available in 15 different shades
The application of wood stainer will give you the shade of your choice and will not hide the natural texture or grains of the wood
Apply a coat of wembley’s p.u.sealer thinned with wembley’s pu thinner in 75:25 ratio
Allow it to dry for 10-12 hours depending on the weather and than sand the surface with emery paper 300 or 320 and again apply the coat of wembley’s pu sealer in the same manner
Repeat the process for 3-4 times till uniform and non-porous surface is obtained
Now the surface is ready for the final coat of p.u top coat available in matt or glossy finish
Apply 1 or 2 coats of p.u. top coat matt or glossy
Note: use exterior p.u.coatings for wooden articles exposed to heat, sunlight, rain etc. we recommend p.u. exterior coatings for the wooden surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms as well use interior p.u.coatings for wooden articles which are not directly exposed to heat, rain and sunlight etc.



Wembley's Water Based Eco-Friendly Wood Coating's

Sand the surface with emery paper 80 or 100 number
Apply the desired shade of wembley’s water based wood stainer available in 6 different solid shades
The application of wood stainer will give you the shade of your choice and will not hide the natural texture or grains of the wood
Apply a coat of wembley’s water based sealer avaible in open pore and closed pore finish
Allow it to dry for 2-3 depending on the weather and than sand the surface with emery paper 300 or 320 and again apply the coat of wembley’s pu sealer in the same manner
Repeat the process for 3-4 times till uniform and non-porous surface is obtained, however in open pore finsih the grains will not completely filled. open pore
Sealer gives and atique finish to wooden articles
Now the surface is ready for the final coat of wembley’s water based top coat gloss, satin or matt
Apply one or two coats of wembley’s water based top coat
Note: The use of chalk mitti, lakdana or turkey umber powder may hide the natural texture of the wood. use os such material may render opaque finish. we strongly recommend the use of wood stainer instead of laakdana, turkey umber etc on all wooden surfaces as it do not hide the natural texture/grains, instead it enhances the natural texture of the wood
